Designed by French brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, Palissade is a collection of outdoor furniture for HAY in powder coated or hot galvanised steel. United by a common principle of symmetrical geometry, the Palissade collection is engineered to reproduce the same visual simplicity and core strength throughout.
The Flowerpot, a vividly coloured lamp with a rounded pendant that hangs from the semi-domed upper shade, embodies the experimental attitude of Verner Panton. Slightly smaller in size than the table lamp version, and deliberately lightweight, the portable VP9 comes equipped with a USB charging cable.
The limited-edition Cult Tower designed by Adam Goodrum. Contemporary yet classic, this solid brass tower is comprised of a set of candle holders and salt & pepper shakers, assembled like building blocks to form a unique and striking tower.
Voting opens on Sunday 10th August, so stay tuned for more information and follow @bydesigntv for updates.

Ripple – A Sculptural Sanctuary for Aging in Place. Ripple is a bold, site-responsive home located in Glen Iris, designed by Atlas Architects as a low-maintenance, future-ready sanctuary for a couple entering the next chapter of life. The brief to design a contemporary family home was to reflect the clients’ love of mid-century modern architecture and to incorporate stone as a feature material.

Located in Coogee in Sydney, GB House stands as a resilient, robust beacon against its unyielding coastline.

This is a project for a young family of four. At its core it explores two themes - "identity" and "what is enough?".
