Pooja Merai

Pooja Merai is a design strategist at Salesforce and is dedicated to helping organizations create new products and services centered around people. Her career in management consulting taught her the mechanics of how companies and products function and thrive. Her career in innovation has taught her the importance of putting users first, navigating ambiguity, and cutting to clarity. Solving difficult challenges using the principles of good business and good design is what gets her up in the morning. Pooja holds a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Finance and Sociology.
