Alexandra Gruber-Perez

Alexandra “Lexie” Gruber-Perez is a London-based service designer. She builds caring and responsive systems for critical public and social infrastructure.

She served as a Senior Advisor in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and as a Health and Public Service management consultant at Accenture. In these roles, Alexandra designed innovative services for veterans, people facing eviction, children in foster care, cancer patients and the healthcare staff who care for them.

She holds a MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, and a BA in Political Science from Quinnipiac University. When Lexie’s not in the studio, you can find her birding in one of London’s wonderful public parks.
