Thomas is the CEO of Act-3D, the makers of Lumion architectural visualization software. He leads the organization on its mission to empower architects to bring their designs to life effortlessly, through the power of visualization.

The AEC market and the way architectural designs are created are rapidly evolving. Megatrends such as sustainability, urbanization and climate change are accelerating this change. Thomas' mission is to enable architects, designers, engineers and builders to visualize their designs with the nuance and quality that truly informs their design decisions and enhances their storytelling. Prior to joining Act-3D, Thomas has successfully led international teams in enterprise software and earned a reputation for fostering high-performing, collaborative environments and customer-centric cultures.

Privately, Thomas has settled in Amsterdam with his wife after spending more than a decade in various cities in Europe, Taiwan and Kenya. Thomas' favorite pastime is bluewater saling.
