Kailin Gregga

AIA Seattle

Kailin Gregga became a partner at Best Practice Architecture in 2020 and serves as the creative lead in the studio. They received a Masters of Architecture from Parsons The New School for Design and a Bachelor of Art in Architecture from the University of Washington. Prior to joining Best Practice, Kailin worked as an Associate at LMN architects in Seattle, and at Diller Scofidio + Renfro and nArchitects in New York. Their background includes projects in the performing arts, convention centers, higher education buildings as well as all scales of commercial interior projects. At Best Practice, Kailin champions an inventive, collaborative approach to design in the studio and has a focus on retail and commercial projects as well as residential design. They are currently teaching in the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington and volunteer with the Seattle Chapter of the AIA, where they focus on the WA State AIA Honor Awards program. Kailin was the AIA Honor Awards chair for 2016-17, has served on the Jury for the AIA Kansas Honor Awards in 2017, and was a featured speaker at the AIA Oregon’s 2022 Design Conference.
