Justine Cali

Justine Cali is an accomplished design leader with more than 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, brand development, and renovation strategy. As Senior Design Manager at Sonesta International Hotels, she leads design initiatives across luxury and lifestyle brands, including Royal Sonesta and The James, creating spaces that balance elevated design, operational excellence, and business performance.  

Previously, Justine held key roles at Marriott International and the United States Courts of the District of Columbia Circuit, where she built expertise in project management, brand standards, and strategic planning. She is known for successfully guiding complex renovation projects, advising stakeholders on ROI-driven design decisions, and delivering thoughtful solutions that enhance guest experience and strengthen brand identity.  

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Thomas Jefferson University and is an active contributor to the hospitality design industry as a speaker, moderator, and ambassador.
