Lake Geneva House

Renovation of an existing 5,000 sf 4-bedroom lake house originally completed in 2005 for our clients’ father in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

The project brief was to create a multi-generational retreat for family living and entertaining that maximizes natural light, connection to the outdoors

The new home creates accommodations for up to 28 people across 3 generations. Specific elements include a grandparent’s suite for the original owners, 5 additional bedrooms, a separate basement apartment, large bunkroom, large family room, kitchen and bar area for entertaining, new swimming pool and spa, pool house/office, outdoor kitchen and covered seating area in a retractable screen porch, increased laundry, and storage.
